Come stay at this cozy cottage located in a great little neighborhood just minutes from the beauty of DuPont Forest (20 minutes), Pisgah Forest (20 minutes), Blue Ridge Parkway (again, about 20 minutes), and the great vibes of Downtown Hendersonville (only about 10 minutes!) . Don’t be fooled either! Downtown Asheville, Biltmore House, and everything Asheville is only a short 35-40 minutes away.
This cottage is the perfect place to lay your head after visiting any of the experiences Western North Carolina offers. Pack up your kids, bikes, and/ or kayaks and book this comfy home!
Caldwell Cottage is a small home with a rustic ambiance of a nice little cottage/cabin with even the scent of wood when you walk in. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. It also has a queen-sized couch that folds into a sleeper sofa if you need extra space for sleeping. The kitchen has a dining table that seats four and is open to the living room. As an extra touch, there is a nice screened-in porch for some quiet time while you enjoy the peace of your morning coffee or sitting around a table enjoying each other’s company. There is parking for two cars in the front area of the home, linens and towels are provided, as well as paper products. Bring your coffee for brewing your grounds in the mornings!
PLEASE NOTE:
To get you started, we have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap. If you run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish them at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any smoking on the premises.
